Backtagging: To an extent is fine, but let's not get TOO crazy, especially with the nature of this game. Of course, if it's a thread we've already started, yeah, we can keep going. I can forget about it after awhile so feel free to poke.
Threadhopping: I prefer keeping things making sense chronologically but if you REALLY feel like Virgil NEEDS to have this happen, then by all means.
Fourthwalling: Virgil is a nerd who likes sci-fi, fantasy, comic books, video games, and stuff like that. He exists in the DC universe so while he probably won't be breaking any brains in that area he may know some other sci-fi/fantasy stuff. Think Star Wars references or titles like that. If you are okay with Virgil knowing your characters universe or are okay with it existing in the DC animated universe, let me know. Now, as far as fourth walling him goes...have fun. Although your character should probably be a pretty big DC fan since honestly the average joe who doesn't watch cartoons or read comics probably won't know him like they would Batman or Superman.
Offensive Subjects: Case by case basis mostly.

Hugging: Depends on the person.
Fighting: Likely won't start a fight, but he's not just going to let someone beat up on him either.
Injuring: Case by case mostly.
Killing: Let's keep the hero alive as long as possible okay?
Telepathy/Mind-Reading: Funny story, he actually seems to be immune to it. This is mostly due to his electric powers and the brain being electric or something. IDK I'd have to watch the episode again, but yeah he's resistant to mind control (but I'm not sure if that was just the one meta's type or if a more powerful psychic could get in).
Relationships: He's not dating anyone and can be kind of flirty with a cute girl. Probably won't think to ask a girl out on a space ship though. And, yeah, he's straight.
Sex: Not gonna happen.

[Hearing your Private Radio Conversation] | Virgil's electromagnetism somehow lets him pick up broadcasts like that. IDK how this works but I've seen him do it in canon with police scanners and hacking into the comm-link between Batman Beyond and Bruce. If you'd rather that didn't happen let me know...although this will probably only be case by case.
